Boksburg, 1985. Three kids uncover a secret government project called “Volk”, designed to create supersoldiers to ensure the continuation of apartheid. They rescue Sewetjie, a girl with strange powers and together they must avoid The Butcher Boys, 3 horned demonic creatures.

I have many friends in the U.S. and Europe. We all work in tech. High-paying jobs. All of my US friends can afford a vacation in Europe once a year. No sweat. None of my European friends can. Doing it once is a stretch. Once per year is out of the question. Anecdotical evidence, I know, but lifestyles are very different.

@claudioguglieri @Humane Agree that it's so easy to be critical and cynical. That said it just seems so dystopian. Probably the best sign that I'm getting old, but I just want to cook my food over a fire and go surf instead.

A few days after their launch, no hot takes on @Humane. As a designer I really appreciate them for bringing a first-in-class product to market. Diving deep in the fringes of the unknown, figuring out new interaction models and new ways to connect. It feels like the beginning of something new and I'm excited about it. With that said, the promise and expectations of AI are too high for anyone to hit right at the moment. I think it will be a small build up. I don't think screens will be totally out of it but interfaces, as we know them, are doomed for sure. It's easy to dunk on something new. It's hard to make something new. Massive kudos to the team for what they've built!
