@TeamYouTube I don't see the option for me to hype a video, even after I like a video that specifically appeared on the "most hyped" playlist. Why is that?

Does anybody know a) how you "hype" a video on YouTube and b) how you know if you've taken the right steps for others to be eligible to "hype" it? Despite following @YouTube's instructions, I've not been able to hype videos, and idk why.

I've been working on this for over a year. It's a historical resource, showing the entire evolution of US pop music in the Billboard era, one week at a time. I will release a commentated cut when it's done. I'm going further back than 1958, so it won't be public for a while.
