The Iranian navy now rests exactly where it belongs—on the bottom of the ocean.

Hours ago, U.S. forces successfully employed multiple 5,000-pound deep penetrator munitions on hardened Iranian missile sites along Iran’s coastline near the Strait of Hormuz. The Iranian anti-ship cruise missiles in these sites posed a risk to international shipping in the strait.

.@SECWAR “And to borrow a page from Admiral Ernest King in World War II: We’ve decided to share the ocean with Iran. We’ve given them the bottom half.  We’ve damaged or sunk over 120 of their Navy’s ships.”

America’s greatest military leaders have always turned to prayer during the most difficult battlefield moments. When relentless rain stalled his Third Army in WWII, General Patton ordered 250,000 prayer cards printed for every soldier and commanded: “Pray when driving. Pray when fighting. Pray alone. Pray with others. Pray by night and pray by day… Pray for victory. Pray for our Army, and Pray for Peace.” Washington prayed at Valley Forge. Eisenhower called the nation to prayer before D-Day. Encouraging Americans to pray for our troops on bended knee isn’t controversial — it’s how we’ve always faced impossible odds and won. God bless our warriors. 🇺🇸

“When you look at what has actually happened to Iran’s principal instruments of power – its ballistic missile arsenal, its nuclear infrastructure, its air defences, its navy and its proxy command architecture – the picture is not one of US failure. It is one of systematic, phased degradation of a threat that previous administrations allowed to grow for four decades.” aljazeera.com/opinions/2026/…

This Democrat operative has no idea what she’s talking about, and it’s shameful she’d slander our military like this. As someone who’s actually been in these meetings, here are the facts: - Before the Department built up offensive combat power for Operation Epic Fury, we quietly ensured that our defensive posture was in place, sparing no expense or capability. - Our defensive shield over the Middle East is the most sophisticated air and missile defense network ever fielded. - Secretary Hegseth and our senior military leaders have, from the start, put the protection of our troops ahead of everything else and anticipated every desperate move Iran’s radical regime has made. We are absolutely prepared for this fight. To suggest otherwise is a total fabrication.

“They went into this war prepared for certain threats, like missiles. They did not go into this war prepared for other threats like drones hitting soft targets,” says Mara Karlin, a former Pentagon official. cbsn.ws/4bavb6G
