Women are naturally soft until you make them hard. That wall she built came from somewhere. That attitude didn't appear overnight. That coldness was created by repeated hurt. That distance was born from disappointment. Her coldness is protection from repeated hurt. She didn't wake up one day and decide to be difficult. She didn't choose to become guarded for no reason. She didn't naturally develop trust issues. She didn't randomly become emotionally unavailable. Women start loving, open, and trusting. They begin soft, warm, and giving. They naturally want to connect and care. They're born nurturers and lovers. But when you lie to them repeatedly, they build walls. When you betray them consistently, they become distant. When you hurt them continuously, they shut down. When you disappoint them constantly, they detach. Her attitude reflects your treatment. Her energy mirrors what you give her. Her behavior is a response to your actions. Her walls are protection from your choices. If she's cold, examine how you've been cold. If she's distant, look at how you've been distant. If she's hard, consider how you made her that way. You can't break someone and complain about how they heal.
