🥉 Seakkx (@kxjuay, Kaelan Wan and Sean Yap) 3D BTO visualizations where couples can preview their actual view at different floor levels before buildings even exist, on top of the view on different views of your new BTO. if you've ever BTO'd in Singapore you know how much of a guessing game the view is, even sunset/sunrise spots, etc. this takes that uncertainty away. could genuinely see @SingaporeHDB adopting something like this

every team took the brief seriously. no cookie cutter demos. love seeing the singapore scene go from "let's build another chatbot wrapper" to genuinely novel ideas across robotics, urban planning, and AI tooling. the bar keeps going up. singapore builders keep cooking! 🇸🇬 @rubanlah @astonepokes @kxjuay @sentrytoast @kstonekuan, justin, and to the many others i met!
