Unpopular kan? 1. Koridor Tunjungan itu koridor komersial yang paling bagus di antara kota-kota besar lainnya di Indonesia. Trotoar lebar, muka bangunan aktif, dan ragam fungsi bangunan, berpadu sama skyline Surabaya, bikin Tunjungan jadi vibrant. 2. Kalo kita bicara apa yang dibangun Belanda di Indonesia, Surabaya punya tata kota yang lebih baik daripada Batavia (Jakarta). Bahkan, di akhir abad ke-19, Surabaya bersaing dengan banyak kota global dan menjadi kota terbesar Hindia Belanda. Belanda juga mampu memanfaatkan sungai di Surabaya dengan lebih baik (dibandingkan Jakarta) yang membentuk tata kota Surabaya. Sehingga, ketika merdeka, Surabaya itu punya banyak modal untuk jadi kota yang lebih maju daripada Jakarta.
