@heartshapedoll If that’s the result you’re getting from the CEST tool it is saying that (based on the answers you gave) it is inside IR35. Is your client a medium/large company?

@heartshapedoll Off-payroll is the way the government refers to IR35 nowadays. If your client is adamant that the rules apply then it probably means they are saying the engagement is inside IR35. If so it’s unlikely you’ll be able to use your ltd company.
