Guys I’m literally 16 days nicotine free haha I’m so proud of myself. I’ve smoked for years so knowing that I’m now a non-smoker (and never going back) , it feels so liberating. I promise quitting smoking is really doable 🙏🏿

@jaysmerk I hope I can send such a long comment lol. No I haven't had cravings in 2 weeks mine disappeared quick.Change I have noticed plenty:1.More energy,which I am thankful of,I need it for flying and running my businesses 2. My jogging and aerobic fitness is so up,9 min of my 10km.
