Okay let's add context about james porte foreclosure issue lead to his bankruptcy There was a foreclosure case with James and JMP Rental Estate James Porte has his own estate business acting as Manager for JMP Rental Estate LLC, defaulted his mortgage on an $189k note, The lender then filed foreclosure and he then filed bankruptcy Because a federal bankruptcy "stay" freezes foreclosures, the court must review his bankruptcy status (lots of receipts in court filings) to legally clear the way for the sale The lender filed for judgment against him personally following the foreclosure sale of the property In the final judgment it led him a total of 209k inculding lawyer fees and charges (foreclosure and applicable bankruptcy 👀) The paper trail sums it up here folks Talk about drowning in debt see the pattern with these individuals
