Sebei College Tegeres hosted the patriotism pass out event in Kapchorwa where over 3,000 S 1 and S 5 students graduated. The program led by the National Patriotism Corps, focused on discipline, unity, and national values. The guest of honor was the deputy RDC Kapchorwa district.

We were in Kapchorwa District today for a greening campaign ahead the third edition of the Elgon Half Marathon. At Kaptanya Seed SS and Sebei College Tegeres, our CEO, Abraham Kiplimo, led the initiative, educating students on the role of trees in fighting climate change. 1/2

From education to action, learners joined hands with our teams to plant trees—sowing seeds of environmental responsibility and hope for future generations. This initiative builds on our recent efforts to plant trees across the country and reinforces our commitment to SDG 13: Climate Action under the theme “Our Land: A Greener Future.” Tree planting continues across the Elgon region in partnership with UNDP and Joshua Cheptegei Foundation.
