@securebitag From Vodafone Romania it goes through GTS Telecom (RO) and then never respond. From Vivacom Bulgaria, dst-ip responds to ICMP request, webpage is loading as expected, traceroute via 46.10.207.99 (Vivacom subnet) then 31.47.232.4 (vbgp08.4b42.com) Dst-ip: 31.42.183.183

Hello, @securebitag, it seems that there is a problem with “cdn.4b42.com”, because from 3 networks in RO (VDF, ORO, Digi) the webpages (securebit.ch, .cloud) are loading only in text. Tried from a random BG ISP and it works.
