@Securian When you call in, they circle and double talk to make it confusing. No easy access to your policy documents. If you point out an inconsistency in policy language, you get transferred and have to start again. I'm stuck paying for my worthless @Securian policy this year Never again

If your job offers @Securian critical illness or other #Securian insurance products, don't waste your $$. Between delays, denials and appeals they find a way to weasel out of paying. Claim process is not "Easy" like they say. Definitely not re-upping at enrollment this year.

Hey @Securian Can you please tell me what hospital claim would be similar enough to giving birth to deny the claim for my wife giving birth to my son??? I’m being told I had a similar claim within 90 days. Last time I checked you can’t give birth twice within 90 days.

Update: I’m suspending this campaign for now; we’re making progress. It does appear they made a mistake & are honestly working to resolve it; I’ll give them a day to email some kind of binding proof that her coverage has been restored. Thank you all for helping!

Hi, @Securian; please help me understand why you rescinded my dying Girlfriend’s Life Insurance. She paid up, on time. Seems you’re stealing her son’s inheritance. Must be a mistake. Let’s resolve it together. DM. It’s been weeks & your reps don’t understand, either.

@Securian where are the funds that I was promised back in February 2025? I need an answer to this ASAP. I have difficulty believing that you are unable to make a direct deposit the same day. Attempting to have you pay a claim after months of follow-up is a bit absurd.

@Securian An IUL customer of 14 years and first time called Securian customer service to change investment choices. I wanted get the documents on Index B,C,D, E, F, G but I am told there is no way to get the information. My agent is non-fiduciary. So disappointed with Securian

@SalemMDCXCII @Securian My grandfather is 92 years old,and we have sent everything in that you have asked, you even have a form from his wife’s doctor confirming the dates, clearly you guys like to deny claims for no reason even when a customer has the cover @globalnews

Denied due to “History” of depression and anxiety. They literally ask you if you EVER had the conditions. BS! @Securian Basically nobody qualifies then. Being a women at that with hormones is a red flag 🚩 to them. SHAME ON YOU!
