A former board member Michael Robert Herbert at Aurora Christian Schools used money, gifts, and his position of trust to groom and rapea boy for years. The abuse reportedly happened across multiple towns, and investigators believe there may be other victims. What stands out to me most is how someone in a position of authority and respect within a Christian school could use that power to prey on a child. Cases like this make me angry and sad at the same time. Children should be safe in their schools and communities, not targeted by the adults meant to guide and protect them. Herbert is currently in custody facing multiple serious charges, including involuntary sexual servitude of a minor and possession of child sexual abuse material.

🚨 Mother charged with capital murder after children ages 5 & 7 found dead in burned car This one is absolutely heartbreaking. A 34-year-old mother in Texas has been charged with capital murder after her two young children, ages 5 and 7, were found dead inside a burned car in San Antonio. Police say Marlene Vidal set the vehicle on fire with her own children still inside. Surveillance video and evidence from the scene reportedly point directly to her. Mental health issues have been mentioned, but that doesn’t change the devastating outcome — two innocent children lost their lives in one of the most horrific ways imaginable. What makes this even more infuriating is that police had contact with her just one day before the tragedy and reportedly had “no legal reason” to arrest her at the time. How many more warning signs do we need before we actually protect children? This case is a painful reminder that the system often fails the most vulnerable until it’s too late. 🚨 Mother Found Guilty For Beating Adopted 5-Year-Old Boy - He Died With 100+ Injuries And Brain Trauma Lauren Maloberti has been convicted of third-degree murder in the death of her adopted son Landon, 5. The boy suffered more than 100 injuries and a catastrophic brain injury from blunt force trauma. He was brought to the hospital unconscious and died about a week later. In one text message to her husband, Maloberti allegedly wrote: “I just got done beating your son.” She was found guilty of third-degree murder, aggravated assault, and endangering the welfare of a child. She faces up to 80 years in prison. A 5-year-old adopted boy was beaten to death by the people who were supposed to protect him.

🚨 San Diego Mosque shooting – Two Teen Gunmen Kill 3 Adults, Then Take Own Lives Cain Clark (17) and Caleb Vazquez (18) have been named as the gunmen in a deadly attack outside a San Diego mosque. The pair shot and killed three adult men in front of the Islamic Center of San Diego before dying from self-inflicted gunshot wounds. The FBI is investigating the attack as a hate crime. Anti-Islamic writings and hate rhetoric were found in their vehicle. One suspect’s mother had reported him missing with firearms earlier that day. Both young men are now dead. Another tragic act of targeted violence driven by hate.

Three Women Charged in Child Rape Ring – Kids Ages 3 to 13 Raped For Drugs And Money Magan Richmond, Tasha Stringer, and Kathryn McMullen have been charged after arranging for multiple children (boys and girls ages 3–13) to be raped by adults in exchange for drugs and money.
