Sara Duterte para i-review ang inisyung notice of disallowance kaugnay sa confidential funds sa Office of the Vice President (OVP) noong 2022. Paliwanag ni state auditor Gloria Camora, inisyu ang notice dahil sa hindi pagsunod sa 2015 Joint Circular na panuntunan sa paggastos sa confidential funds. Dahil dito, nasa P73 milyong confidential funds ang pinababalik sa bise at dalawang OVP officials. Bukod dito, may inilabas na tatlo pang notices of disallowance para naman sa paggastos sa P375 milyong confidential funds noong 2023.
