If United had spent 92 million on Tonali and 85 on Fernandes I've got to say I'd be over the moon. We'd have our three midfielders in by the first week of July, two of which are ready for pre season. Yes it's expensive but that's the price you pay to be ambitious now.

They were desperate to replace him and ended up spending huge money: Coutinho for around £142m, Dembélé for about £135m rising to £145m with add-ons), and Antoine Griezmann for roughly £120m. Despite the investment, those signings didn’t deliver what was expected. They all flopped! 😁
