To give Alonso the best chance at a successful reset, the board must support Alonso in every decision....no more blueco project we need to move away from that project henceforth.

What f*cked our season are instability and fatigue, but I will say mostly instability because if Maresca didn't walk, he would've managed it better because he already knew the squad and they understood his football. Yeah, he walked and every crumbled. The funny part is that almost 70% of this fanbase or more wanted him gone at that point if they will say the truth. They would call you all sorts of names if you dare to tell them why we shouldn't sack Maresca. I'm saying this because, we are a very reactive fanbase. Zero patience for anything. Even if you are Pep Guardiola, if you lose two games, they are coming for your head. We need to change that mentality. Xabi Alonso will come in now and they will expect perfection, instant win every weekend. It's not gonna be like that. That's why I like not having Europe for his sake. The start won't be smooth, he needs to have quality time to get his messages across and fix issues. Our fanbase don't understand the dictionary meaning of context. I expect us to have a big season.

Without any UEFA competition, Chelsea need to do sales. Not sure who will be the bait here. #cfc

I said it a couple weeks ago, but words can’t even describe just how embarrassing Wesley Fofana is. Don’t know how he’s managed to escape worst premier league signings debates. 🚮

It’s time to take that World Champion badge off the Chelsea jersey. Let's be real rocking a "best in the world" patch after a terrible season where the team didn't even qualify for Europe just looks off. That badge is supposed to represent the top tier of football, but right now, it just feels weird next to how the team ended up. Time to take it off and focus on earning it back.😡😡😡

Finishing 10th and missing out on European football is entirely unacceptable for a club of Chelsea’s stature. However, with Xabi Alonso officially taking charge on July 1, we have a clean slate and a world class manager to lead our rebuild. Without the distraction of European mid week fixtures, our sole focus must be resetting the culture and maximizing domestic performance. To ensure Alonso’s success next season, we must immediately address three core areas: Establish Tactical Identity and Stability: Alonso needs full authority to implement his system from day one of pre-season. After years of managerial churn, the sporting leadership must back his vision completely and afford him the patience to establish a distinct playing philosophy. Ruthless Squad Trimming: A smaller, more manageable squad is crucial, especially without European rotation. We must move on players who do not fit Alonso's tactical blueprint or lack the commitment required to restore this club's standards. Targeted, Elite Recruitment: Our recruitment strategy must pivot away from unproven potential. We need to target experienced leaders who can instantly stabilize the dressing room and provide the backbone that our talented younger players desperately need. The upcoming campaign must be defined by accountability, structure, and a relentless drive to return to the top four. We have the manager, now we must build the environment for him to succeed. Up the Chel!! See ya next season.

He makes a good point. American tourists would probably find watching Arsenal a good first entry into football because of the similarities between watching them and an NFL match.
🍣@SushiAFC_

That’s why Arsenal attracting people who don’t even really watch football is actually a sign of how strong the brand positioning has become. People come to London and one of the things on the list is “ go watch Arsenal”. Similar to how people go to LA and wanna watch the Lakers.
