Twitter sorta miserable. If you comment on pop culture stuff, you get unemployable human bots in your mentions. If you talk on some subculture or interest you know well, you get aggrieved casuals looking for a war.

This is what I'm tryna avoid talking about, bc I'm a musician (nominally) and it's easy to write musicians off as butt hurt. But I've never met a musician who could name even three music journos (other than ones who reviewed them poorly). Do music fans know these people at all?

Frankly, it's kind of impressive that music journalists are able to cause such fervor in the public discourse every 3 months or so, despite a total of like 50 people worldwide knowing anything about it
