Just so ARMYs know, before BE, no one cared about credits. During BE, solos started making it a pissing contest and deciding what to support based on if their fave had credits, but before that, no one cared except to occasionally hype the rap line for their work (which should happen a lot more, btw--those boys are the backbone of BTS' discography). I personally think this is one of the dumbest evolutions of solo/diet solo mindsets. I don't know how you can listen to Boy In Luv and say "V isn't in the credits so he was unfairly sidelined," or listen to Fake Love and say "Jin isn't in the credits so he doesn't have a stake in it," or "Jimin isn't in the credits for Love Maze so it doesn't feel like him and I won't support it." Like that's insane and stupid. Each of the boys are all over their discography. Some shine more than others in certain songs but everyone has their moments regardless of whether or not they were in the studio writing or composing. Jin's delivery isn't going to be any less flawless or any less "JIN" merely because he didn't have time to write the words. (Frankly, except for the rap line, none of the members have enough writing experience to have a lyrical signature to infuse anyway.) So this really is a non-issue and it's dumb that it's even a discussion point right now. Credits or no, each member is going to put their whole heart and bangussy into this album and if you don't think that's enough reason to give it your all, you're an anti. Full stop.

RE: Jin, ARIRANG Track list ☆ More than one thing can be true at the same time ⟼ BTS IS 7 ♡ ⟼ Songwriting, production, arrangement and composition credits ≠ Line Distribution (i.e. “Background” on ECHO is breathtaking. Jin didn’t write it, but when he sings it, you feel every ounce of that fragile, nostalgic emotion. It’s an epic romantic novel in song form🌹🎹.) ⟼ There are currently no songwriting or production credits listed for Track 06 “No.29” — it’s an unknown variable. ⟼ It is completely valid for people to feel a little sad not seeing Jin’s name in today’s ARIRANG track list release. Feelings are allowed. At the same time: - Not seeing credits does not automatically mean Jin isn’t talented ✅ Jin is incredibly talented. I'm a bit sad that Jin wasn't on the credits, but I'm gonna leave it at that. What it means: a) I'm allowed to feel bummed that he isn't on them without having to be branded as a solo/anti. b) I'm still very excited for ARIRANG, and very proud of all members. +

Jungkook did almost 40 lives in 2023. Even in 2024, during his military service, he went live because he missed us. And since his discharge, he’s done over 20 lives, with no promos, no concerts, just because he wants to be with us. He’s sung for us, cooked with us, worked out with us, played video games… what more could people want from him? His fans love him exactly as he is: honest, sensitive, playful, a little bratty sometimes 😆, but with a huge heart. No hate or lies will ever change that. We don’t ask for more ... we’re already lucky for the time he gives us. And if that’s still not enough for some fans… maybe the problem was never Jungkook.
