Im not one to blast a company on social but this whole thing is ridiculous and people need to know @INDOCHINO is a joke that your much better paying more for a custom suit that does not have to be sent to China to be made and take 4-6 weeks to complete.
I guess I’m not the only one who @INDOCHINO didn’t notify at all that when they say a suit has shipped it didn’t actually ship. Would be ok if @INDOCHINO didn’t shut down their customer service phone lines to quickly answer questions.
@INDOCHINO Ordered 10 suits for wedding in a month. They've not arrived. Nor have they shipped. I understand the issues with COVID and China shipping. But no refund? Really silly and ultimately stupid business decision. Unacceptable.
I leave for my wedding in a month. Don’t make this harder than it has to be. I knew I couldn’t be the only one at risk of not getting their suit in time. Got me using my NFT Twitter for this bs smh
@INDOCHINO wowww I see that many of your customer’s suits are stuck in China with no shipping update and unfortunately I’m one of these customers. I tried calling your phone line but your phone is disconnected. I bet this isn’t a coincidence. I need my refund now..
