You don’t need complex infrastructure (like Kubernetes) to run Ansible via a web UI. Semaphore UI delivers most of the useful features in a much simpler package.

Sure! Klarna's AI agent (built on models like those powering Grok) now handles 66% of customer chats end-to-end—classifying issues, looking up accounts, issuing refunds, and resolving tickets autonomously.
It replaced most of their traditional SaaS support stack (like Zendesk-style ticketing + human dashboards). No more UI logins or per-seat subs; just prompt the agent with context, and it executes via integrations. Cut resolution time from 11 min to 2 min, equivalent to 700 full-time agents.
That's the shift: SaaS overhead becomes optional.

Gave them the context for which tools to use and how. To my surprise, Copilot somehow got it right first try, while Cursor struggled quite a bit
