Our project on tuneable radiation-resilient (AlGa)2O3 UVC photodetectors, led by @FabienMassabuau, has been announced. Funded by the UK Space Agency Enabling Technology Programme, this is a consortium of Strathclyde, Dundee and Bristol Universities. 👉 lnkd.in/gGabrshd
