I get my diet is INSANEE but still….
6 day wl is a success??? 🎉
New goal: 06/30 we get to 115Ibs
By end of July:109 pleassseeeeeee!!!!!

Saturday ate a co-workers sphagetti & spiraled!
I’m on day 2 of water fasting.
I feel so guilty I might make it to day 3 if I
feel the strength.
If no strength tomorrows cals is 300 max.
Ok some changes happened
On 6/17 I had 420 cals & then 6/18 I had I had 535 cals. I’ve walked 10k and more for both days.
Today it’s gonna be 300 cals limit.
Other than the bf I’ve had 60 cal kambucha.
I’m at 280 for max cal:
CW: 132lbs
I weight 136 with clothes & shoes 😢
