If that’s true, and there’s no reason to believe it isn’t, Ian Pearce being made Director of Football Operations is yet another example of incompetence and not having a clue about football by our owners. Rewarding failure by promoting people that haven’t done their jobs well.

When I see @ChrisMasonBBC onscreen (I hate him and everything he stands for) I comfort myself with the fact that I hear from every quarter, Mason is so loathed within the #BBC the offscreen & technical people hate him EVEN MORE than I do. Didn't even think that was possible.
