Congratulations to Jan Thewes and Lydia Falkenstein, the MEC Runners of the Week, presented by The Health Plan! On Sat., Jan won the Lock Haven 8k in a time of 24:10.5, the second fastest ever! In the women's 6k, Lydia beat every runner in the MEC to finish in 21:37.1!
