Pi Network

One user unexpectedly lost 1.36 Pi on February 11, 2026, at 22:13:30, but only discovered it in their Pi wallet on February 23, 2026. The money was transferred to a wallet with the public key GBVEMEWSRNEYSTV3VHMLGBCBRXHR34ADD4YLFYBRVMRP56SDHK3KJDMU. This person is extremely cautious; their iPhone doesn't have any games or third-party software installed, and they carefully review and verify any software that requests data access permissions before granting them. This person stated that it's impossible for software to steal their Pi wallet password. They also mentioned that they've been using the internet since the early 2000s and have never had any accounts compromised or hacked online. Currently, this person's wallet has a total of over 3333 Pi that has been transferred to the wallet and is locked (until June 2028), and 13200 Pi that has not yet been transferred. This person has reset their iPhone (installed a completely new OS) and created a new wallet to confirm item 3 of the mainnet catalog so that if Pi pays out Pi, it will be transferred to the new wallet. So what is the cause here?
