I’ve ordered two items from a Melbourne-based company recently. Both have used @sendle for delivery, and both times they have taken 2+ weeks to deliver because it’s taken over a week before the items have been picked up. Is this normal for @sendle deliveries?

Don't use @sendle to save a buck (like <9%) They get you to pick parcels up at the depot rather than a post office right in town or leave at your door In fact they don't even tell you which address to collect it from 😆 A joke courier service, not legit

Hey @sendle why the hell do I have to provide proof of the *purchase price* of my products to make a claim? In addition to the actual sales invoice I sold it for, when it's clearly stated that the claim is based on the sales invoice. BTW, I'm now onto my second hand finger count of packages you've lost this year.
