Day 190 / 6,116 miles / 32 miles a day Today I felt GOOD. It’s hard to feel good the entire run, but if I can feel energetic, smooth & fast for first 10, 15 miles it really carries me through the whole 50k. Today just rolled along & I was hitting faster times w/o any extra effort
