No one talks about how humbling it is to lose all your academic potential because of your mental health.

I know "it's never too late to start" and all that but it still kinda haunts me that my teenage years were a COMPLETE waste of time. I didn't do anything productive, learn any skills or even makes friends. Can't help but think about where I could be rn. I just feel so behind.
