@Nickyshearsby22 I don't care about grammar. I don't think 99% of readers do either. For me, the most important thing is the authenticity of all the voices. Does any reader know the distinction between "The King & I" & "Marley & Me"? Does anybody care? Marley & Me is about alliteration.

Grammar is so important to the written word and as a writer vital for any novel. Do you scrutinise grammar directly, or do you use ai tools to help?

@Nickyshearsby22 Writing is an art, a gift. Grammar not so much. I use AI mainly for grammar so I can concentrate on writing. Digital editors have been around since the first word processor so I see no harm in using AI for this purpose. You cannot go to college without passing basic grammar.

Never mind the robot movie. Every movie I have ever seen about a man with too much power never ends well. Does art imitate life or is it the other way around? Maybe the story was already written and we are just actors on the universe's stage.
