@SEPTA_SOCIAL Every day at Jefferson Station, it is the same problem. Either the West Trenton train gets canceled, or it shows up late. When the train finally comes, it is often one of those old push-pull trains that should have been retired long ago.
@moirakulik Hi Moira, we're sorry to hear this. Passenger etiquette can be difficult to control, although we certainly try. Was there a crew member on the train aware of this person talking? ^AS
@SEPTA_SOCIAL I ride the Malvern local every day and I love the fact that you have a quiet car, but I’ve got to tell you - on the way home, I find that a lot of people don’t respect it. I tried saying something yesterday and the person just laughed and went back to talking! Help!
@SEPTA love the tap to pay for Regional Rail but your conductors’ validators don’t trigger Apple’s Express Transit function like the gates and station validators do. Tried tapping twice and conductor had to give up

I love @SEPTA_SOCIAL but some drivers need training. On Friday at 38th & Spruce, a driver swerved into the bike lane cutting off my friend on her bike, she yelled, then he flipped her off and when she protested, he told her "nobody cares about you and f#ck off."

@SEPTA_SOCIAL l’m not sure whose driver but the T3 currently going to Mt. Moriah is So professional he has called out clearly each stop, respectful , constantly stating his direction and if anything on the route has changed. The guys amazing!!🤩

@SEPTA_SOCIAL Thank you. What happened though? Why is there nothing in the app notifying riders of delays? Having to wait 30+ minutes for a trolley is bad enough but the lack of communication makes it so much worse smh
