Missed the T4 at 60th and Woodland to Darby by a minute then had to wait 30 MORE MINUTES for another to come. Absolutely crazy. SEPTA is a massive waste of time.

@SEPTA_SOCIAL GM. The 21 bus going toward 69th St. was late but pulled up to the the dock at exactly 7:14. Bus 3452 LEFT early at 7:14 and would not let us on. Busses are consistently late but we have to deal with them leaving early too? I'll be filing a complaint.

What is going on? There's nothing in the app letting riders know that the trolley is off diversion. Signage is still up and there's no staff to let people know either. I'm waiting for the EL and the announcements are STILL announcing the diversion. Ridiculous. @SEPTA_SOCIAL
