@donnie3082 @peterframpton Yes? Crimes are not punished enough in the US? Look it up. You have much more people in prisons than they have in the UK. And in just about any other country for that matter. How does that help tell me? Is your crime rate lower? (Note: please look at numbers per capita ;)

@serbtserbt @peterframpton Now we do have these things called laws. I believed we poached the idea for those from our previous occupiers. We have a few issues at the moment. One being that there are some people in our lovely country that seem to feel we shouldn't punish the criminal element of our society.

I have posted this before but .. 26 years ago, a gunman entered Dunblane Primary School in Scotland, killing 16 kids and a teacher. The UK govt responded by enacting tight gun control legislation. In the 9400+ days since, there have been a total of O school shootings in the UK.
