World Mental Health Day is on 10 Oct, but ISU is recognising it today. We’re highlighting the importance of mental health, raising awareness & reducing stigma. Today, we encouraged staff to prioritise their mental health with tips, massages & some chocolate to sweeten the day! 🐾
