@ggbritt TLDR: There's an international organization that grades coffees (so that they can be sold on a common standard across language barriers) Anything that scores above an 80 is technically Specialty. This is different from Fair Trade or Organic which are labels you can just buy.

@sergeyager Yes, but I've also been to a LOT of coffee places. Sometimes tasting events at roasters will have them too.

@sergeyager I hope I am understanding this correctly... there's a place in Mountain View, California called Dana Street Roasting Co. They roast small batch, on site, and serve it in the cafe, or sell it in bags, whole bean or ground to your needs. I would always get the Ethiopian Harrar.

Every time I take a photo of myself I’m just so blown away at just how much I’ve grown. The gym is absolutely my happy place. May 7 -> Oct 29 The amount of mass I’ve put on is so relieving to see. Getting my rear delts to grow has been a massive project with a lot of tears.

@sergeyager What’s your favorite way to make coffee, Serge? I have personally come to love my AeroPress, even though I only bought it as a gimmick originally.
