This is not directly related to the post but our food industry is not properly regulated.
I left bun bread on the kitchen counter for 8 days, and noticed the weirdest thing. It did not smell bad and did not grow mold.
To be sure I wasn’t tripping, I went to buy another bread. It didn’t spoil, only became strong on day 10.
I’m now scared to eat bread.
I don’t know if anyone has experienced such.
