@AhJaph Hi Doc! Apologies for that, we'll reach out to you directly in the app. If it's from the browser the browser might need a restart. If it's from the app, it'll need an update and it should be fine after that. :) If it persists, we can to your device to see what may be causing it.

hence I decided to study the app itself. It is a very good app but doctors who are 60 and above will find it difficult in my opinion unless someone teaches them personally on how to do it. Also it would be advantageous for @seriousMD if they teach how to use the virtual

My interest with @seriousmd peaked during lockdowns. But i never took them seriously until suddenly a patient booked a virtual appointment thru @seriousmd. I opened the email from them and started watching their video on how to do virtual consult

@chardrheuma Hi doc, thank you for your feedback! 😄 We're definitely a bit different as we have different features and platforms inside and not just teleconsult but we do have a lot of users over 63 so we think it's definitely possible as long they give it a try, similar to what you said. 😊
