That is that is how the United States of America was supposed to be: Independent states creating a union for minimal purposes, such as national defense and easy trade. I’d love to see a return to federalism. It would help ease tensions if people lived in states with shared values and stopped trying to impose their views on others.

Spending 6th grade to 11th grade in Portsmouth, being an AFB brat, I still consider it my hometown. Living in the South, I miss NH and New England a LOT. I do get to visit family and that wonderful region this summer. If this was Europe, New England would definitely be its own unique country.

Spent the weekend exploring the White Mountains and reflecting on how much I genuinely *love* New Hampshire. Moving here was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Honestly, I just wish I’d done it sooner.

@I_am_Yossarian @FreeStateNH Thousands of movers, many of which are politically active, have undoubtedly been influential. New Hampshire continues to rank the freest state and continues to have lots of big wins at our State House. This to me is successful.
