@flynorse we need to hear from you urgently. It is not clear on your website, and we have already booked flights. Gatwick have confirmed they meet service dogs off Norse flights from the US without accreditation from those two organisations. Super urgent.

@flynorse urgent - specifically booked Norse as website seemed welcoming to service dogs & chose specific seats in premium to have space with her as part of our international relocation. She's formally trained but not with the two orgs you now ask for. Hugely anxious. V.urgent.
