A few months ago Alex stopped at my daughter's lemonade stand in my front yard and spent a dollar on a cup. Nice, polite with his roof brand on his truck. Young "kid" who is hungry and worked himself up. Seeing that I flip houses I introduced myself and took his card. A month later he gave me a good price on a roof, I hired him.
