I understand the desire to utilize the whole roster, and Dairon Blanco was having a great year in Omaha. But speaking frankly, every game where 30-year-old Blanco is in LF while 24-year-old Samad Taylor is on the bench is a wasted opportunity.

As suspected, RFK misspoke and was referring to the Brown University Cost of War Project report about the post-9/11 wars. In focusing on an obvious error, people missed the crucial point: All of these wars are financed with inflation, an insidious tax on your purchasing power.
