@sethjoyner Eli blocking will be a work in progress. He is only 239 pounds. It will be something that he will have to grow into.

We know that he can run routes and catch passes! I wanna see him working on his BLOCKING skills!! 🤷🏾🤷🏾🙄

All of the all-time greats were great blockers; Winslow, Newsome, Gonzalez wasn't a great blocker, but very good, Steve Jordan, Bavaro, Gates, Gronk, Ditka! 🤷🏾 I could go on! Now if you talking about these new age TEs that only wanna catch the ball, and OCs let em get away with not blocking, I don't consider them greats! I played against some of the best blocking TEs!! Plus, they had to get off the jam to catch a ball! These modern day guy get to go where they want freely! They should catch a ton of balls! But, the game is reverting back to a balance run/pass attack! These TEs better be able to be well rounded! Period!!

Tell the source he's full of 💩 When healthy, tell him to single block #98 on every play and see how productive his raggedy offense will be! As the @Eagles primary 3-tech he gets doubled almost every play run or pass, unless they're in a 5-man front! Funny how the rest of the @NFL and outside media keep the @Eagles in their mouth! @ogwade241 I'm not being critical! He's known as a pass catching weapon, I wanna see him become the total package! That's fine to groom your strengths, but to be elite, he will need to become a proficient blocker! That's my point!
