I've initiated ombudsment process, a star agent clearly told me that the company will find reasons to reject my claim. Put pressure on them and DON'T go for the Reimbursement trap. Put your case in front on IRDAI with all the proofs and they will take action and try for cashless claim. Shared all the details with Ombudsment on Sat so expecting some response in this week.

@setiamayank20 I have taken claim from star in ombudsman, i clearly saying , not argue they will not listen ,after 30 days of reimbursement if not conclusion go to gravience then irdia then ombudsman, ombudsman only see reports and doctor notes , if written clarity it's recent , claim will 100%

Since last 1 week they have rejected my claim multiple times citing multiple reasons for my Talonavicular joint fusion surgery. I have a medical history since birth of hamengioma which was pre-declared, then they cited a reason that I had a sprain in Dec 21 which is prior inception of the policy which I got it cleared from the treating doctor and submitted the document for that. Still they are rejecting my claim and now these computer generated responses are changing every single time I'm submitting them with proper response. In the last 24 hours I've been rejected 3 times, first they said Arthritis, then Swelling. Upon asking on their customer support they have no answer and only asking me to wait, they are stalling time and constantly rejecting my claim keeping me clueless.
