can i just say raising yourself well is so much work. you have to sleep on time to wake up on time. you’ve to find a good gym to go to. a trainer you can trust. find a park to get those steps in. compliment it with a balanced healthy diet that carefully crafts a balance between your protein, fibre, fat, carb requirements but cosplays being interesting on the side. stock groceries. cook. you need to get better ingredients and scout for recipes. keep yourself grounded with equal parts family and friend time. yet maintain a healthy me time ratio. take care of your mental health. get a therapist you can trust. journal. read. have a 1:1 ratio of brainrot and quality content to keep things fresh. create more than you consume. and this is not even the main gig - you have a job to go to.
