If the technology (#AI) is avialable to predict chronic disease onset and progression, we as a society have a moral obligation to do so. I had the opportunity and honor to guest write an article for Refresh Miami about why the US #healthcare system is bleeding money and not delivering better results. Healthcare insurance premiums have skyrocketed and people are asking - where is the money going? It is not going to the doctors! One way to decrease healthcare costs and increase health outcomes is through the adoption of foundational AI models.
