
Firstly what you call "decommercialisation" is in fact the opposite of what has happened. The area has become significantly more pedestrian-friendly and as a result it's seeing increased foot traffic and public use a clear indicator of urban vitality not decline.
Secondly regarding parking: I would encourage you to reread my message. The number and location of parking spaces remain exactly the same as they were prior to the regeneration. They are still fully accessible via the surrounding roads so the claim that parking has worsened is simply not accurate.
