My overall point is that a lot of people claim Zombies is only Treyarch's thing and that it's not integral to the franchise itself, yet even the games that don't have Zombies find a way to include it somehow. I think it would be far less shallow for the game to have an actual Zombies mode included instead of some month long event during Halloween. It's totally fine if you don't care either way. This question was mainly for people who actively do not want Zombies in MW4.

Genuine question to those who DON'T want to see Zombies in Non-Treyarch Games... Would you be okay with the inevitable Zombies event during Halloween for DMZ in MW4 like they did back in Modern Warfare II? I ask this because if you are okay with that, then why shouldn't the development time put towards that limited-time experience instead go towards a permanent mode that's added earlier instead? Even if it's a small experience and nothing too crazy, would be better than nothing in my opinion.

@FPSpsychoYT LOL literally. Honestly MP isn't too bad. if you don't play it a lot your SBMM should put you against easier players. For warzone play resurgence causals, made it a lot easier. the real challenge was trying to get the right weapon type. Total time was around 10 hours

@xMaruZz @ShadowMakarov I play bo1/2 on my series x using backwards compatibility. The servers don’t seem to work. Bo1 had a few hundred players last time I checked. Hopefully it gets ported properly to Xbox too I’ve been thinking cuz the current state is in disrepair. Bo2 was full of cheaters also

BO1/BO2 timing starts to make sense. GTA6 will dominate attention later this year, so CoD is acting early while momentum is still on their side after MW4. Activision never had a classic CoD on a modern console to anchor the brand from a PR standpoint. This fills that gap and stabilizes the franchise image going forward.

@tactmedic52 And the multiplayer was pretty good besides a few nitpicks, mostly sniper nerf But the main issue is just sbmm, especially going back now it’s much calmer and you don’t get punished for winning now that player base is died down a bit Most maps & guns are pretty good

@sevnmd I didn't like the game outside of the campaign. It was just BO4 zombies with OG perks and rarities. Dumbed down every related to Zombies.

Just to be clear I do not like MW2019, I do not like MWIII, I do not like Vanguard, I do not like Cold War, I do not like BO6, I do not like BO7 and I especially do NOT like Warzone. I value & rate a CoD on all of its main modes and the Campaign is the critical part of the game.

@tactmedic52 That’s fair but I think as far as the actual maps and ee’s zombies were alright, I def could’ve gone without rarities & armor but it doesn’t take away all that much And perks were done wayyyy better than bo4, that system ruined variety and honestly half bo4 perks aren’t viable
