I was home, Chapel Hill - Takoradi when a @VodafoneGhana sales agent came to know on my door about 2 weeks to last year Xmas. This sales agent told me their fibre internet is in my hood now and I can sign up. Very timely cos MTN internet was messing up my work calls so why not.

He signed me up, next day I make a payment of ¢580 via Voda short code. I am told they will come fix it for me the next week, that is a week to Xmas. The date I was given did pass but the team came that week to fix only to tell me they need to fix a pole first. @VodafoneGhana

They push the fibre installation to 28th Dec 2023. Since then, I have been calling both the sales agent and the set-up team and no one can tell me when they will come set-up my internet. Basically it's been a month now @VodafoneGhana

The frustrating part is that, I have to call them everytime to follow and no one from Vodafone gas reached out to communicate anything. A service you have already taken my money for. What is happening here? @VodafoneGhana At this point, I want a refund @PatriciaOboNai
