The Eleanor Friedburger from DaDa. The parmesan crisp provides structure for a cacophony of flavors that together are greater than the sum of their parts. Kudos to the creative team, this was a fine dining experience. The patty was over done, but the live music saved the day 7/10

I’ve said it once. I’ll say it 100 times. Pancheros > Chipotle > Qdoba. A lot of this ranking comes down to the talent that these establishments can productively employ. Pancheros must have a great 401k match

A dish worth waiting for: I’ve ordered it 3x for confirmation before I bring it to you now. The Bistecca Gorgonzola from R Wine Bar. The cream sauce activates the Gorgonzola; cradling a perfectly cooked steak. A repeating crescendo of beautiful flavor. R Wine Bar > Maribella

A slice of sophistication in a place I cherish for its beautiful simplicity. Skogen Kitchen in Custer, SD is competitive with the best restaurants in the state. A truly exceptional dining experience - a birthday dinner I’ll never forget. Hats off to the chef 10/10

If you enjoy fine drinks and dining I recommend @Crawfordssf As long as you also enjoy screaming children running past your table (11:30 pm), slow service, and flies in your food. It was a portmanteau of the renowned Crawford‘s my parents speak fondly of, and Gigglebee’s. 3.5/10
