@ChadMcMeen With today being my last official day as a DMA employee, I had to get one more run in out here in Alabama for the #DMA2MILE with a time of 15:36. 102 miles running - avg pace 7:34 72 miles walking - avg pace 11:26 (warm up and cool down)

@ChadMcMeen #DMA2MILE - Not sure what happened to the photos for my 19 June post, but here they are again.

@ChadMcMeen Bittersweet run today as it is my last run at the DMA. I did however reach 100 miles in the #DMA2MILE today. I ran the Parade Field today with a time of 15:43. I took some creative license with the selfie as I'm "running" away for the DMA today.

@ChadMcMeen Depending on the weather tomorrow (thunderstorms?), this may have been my last run on FGGM for the #DMA2MILE. Completed my DMA-Gym-Parade Field route with a time of 15:02. I guess no 4-leaf clovers today.

@ChadMcMeen 4th installment in Columbia for the #DMA2MILE Darn it, I didn't realize the Post was going on a Garrison Run, or I definitely would have been there.

@ChadMcMeen 9th time on the DMA-Gym-Parade Field trail for the #DMA2MILE with a time of 15:04. Nice day, albeit a little breezy. Look for a surprise tomorrow.

@ChadMcMeen First run after reaching my minimum retirement age this weekend. 4th time on the FGGM track for the #DMA2MILE with at time of 15:11. No one to chase in the rain (barely) today.

@ChadMcMeen 3rd time in the Columbia area for the #DMA2MILE with a time of 15:04.

@ChadMcMeen 9th time on the DISA Trail for the #DMA2MILE with a time of 15:27. I found a particularly interesting set of 4-leaf clovers during my cool down.

@ChadMcMeen Back in Maryland. To my surprise, there were a lot of soldiers at the track today. Must be a Drill weekend. Completed the #DMA2MILE with a time of 15:23. Also found the pictured 4-leaf clover during my cool down.

@ChadMcMeen Back in Alabama for the Holiday. Had to get out early for the #DMA2MILE with a time of 15:27. It has been and will be in the high 90's while I'm here.
