@eyessfboe Each dept. has a filing liaison & officer who keep their dept.'s records up to date. If someone leaves a City position, the Dept. must update &assign a "Leaving Office" Form700. If those steps not done, & thus were not assigned a "Leaving Office" form, they are still non-filers.
